About

16 years, four disciplines, one throughline.

I find the friction, build the system, and drive adoption until the new way actually sticks.

Story

For 16 years I've built and scaled growth marketing programs: running lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app; founding the centralized ops teams that make those campaigns faster; owning the product roadmap for the engineering team behind them; and most recently, building the AI systems that change how marketing teams work altogether.

The throughline across every role is the same: find the thing standing between a team and the work that actually moves the needle, then build the system, and the change management, that makes the new way stick. That pattern shows up whether I'm redesigning a team structure at Credit Karma, leading a platform migration at Grammarly, serving as de facto PM for a 10-engineer team, or taking a lifecycle marketing team from 20% to 100% weekly AI usage at Robinhood.

I'm not a specialist in one of these areas. I'm someone who has done all four, at scale, and understands how they connect.

I'm proudest of the operating model behind a result, the part that makes it repeatable, not the result itself.

Build Log

Mar 2024 – Jun 2026

Deployment Lead, Growth Marketing Operations & Strategy

  • Served as the de facto PM for 10 engineers on the Marketing Technology team, owning the product roadmap for a stack spanning internal tools and third-party platforms and translating capabilities into measurable business impact, including +$18MM in incremental annual revenue from send-frequency testing and a 90% cut in data science support needs via a self-service audience tool.
  • Shipped an autonomous Claude Code agent that builds lifecycle marketing campaigns end-to-end, cutting multi-week workflows to hours, plus a library of 40 reusable skills and sub-agents spanning planning, targeting, content, QA, and performance tracking.
  • Pitched and ran a 2-day AI bootcamp for the lifecycle marketing team, taking weekly AI usage from 20% to 100%.
  • Built the adoption measurement framework behind that result, tracking real workflow behavior against defined baselines instead of training completion.
  • Built and executed the AI transformation roadmap, sequencing rollout across the org by team readiness and tool maturity.
Jul 2023 – Feb 2024

Group Manager, Growth Marketing Operations

  • Led marketing ops for B2B and B2C lifecycle marketing across email and CRM.
  • Led a full-scale platform migration (Salesforce Marketing Cloud → Iterable): process redesign, team retraining, workflow automation. The same build-the-system-then-drive-adoption pattern I'd later apply to AI at Robinhood.
Apr 2020 – Jul 2023

Director, Marketing Tech & Operations

  • Founded and scaled a centralized marketing ops team across email, push, and in-app, responsible for $700MM+ in annual revenue.
  • Created a channel strategy role that drove subscriber list expansion, unlocking $25MM in incremental annual revenue.
  • Built a central data activation team as a new operating model, cutting campaign launch time by up to 50% and becoming a repeatable blueprint for centralizing capability before scaling adoption.
  • Created a program management role that improved strategic planning and cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and analytics.
  • Centralized the digital content development team, cutting project completion time by 30%.
May 2019 – Apr 2020

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

  • Led a team of engagement marketers launching and optimizing email and in-app campaigns, driving +$10MM (+25% YoY) in incremental revenue.
Jul 2017 – May 2019

Senior Manager, Growth & Experimentation

  • Scaled acquisition budget from $1.5M to $8M, partnering with vendors to optimize propensity models, in-market scheduling, and bid optimization.
  • Took email acquisition from an unsustainable channel in 2017 to the most efficient channel in 2018.
  • Expanded the experimentation program org-wide, including personalization and multivariate testing.
Jun 2016 – Jul 2017

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

  • Led an 18-person team responsible for $50M in annual revenue; redesigned team structure and created 3 new roles.
Jul 2010 – Jun 2016

Channel Performance Analyst → Growth Marketing Manager

  • Progressed from IC to leading a $30M revenue team; built tooling and training that cut optimization time costs by 75%.
